Hotel Szafran - Czeladz

The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the amenities being refilled daily. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the hotel's grill restaurant served tasty food. The location next to the shopping center was convenient for entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The interior design and confort of bedroom

Not a complain, but the hotel still not finished, so no fitness club. Also the Breakfast buffet and room is not matching the quality of the hotel.

Great spot with free Wi-Fi and a cool grill restaurant. the staff and management are super friendly and welcoming. Honestly, I can't find a single thing to complain about here. 👌

There are several choices of restaurant/foods in the hotel and also in commercial center.

Convenient location near a major shopping center and airport. Easy access to major roads and a reliable taxi service. Well-equipped rooms, clean and designed for business. Friendly and English-speaking staff. 24-hour room service and a mini bar.

Really friendly staff, very modern well appointed rooms, very clean and the restaurants were open late - which was ideal for me as I always arrived late evening from work.

There is nothing not to like - it is a modern,hotel with great staff and great rooms.

I stay this hotel frequently and am quite satisfied with its facilities and services (except one point shown below). Also hotel has restaurant of 2 different categories + several chois of restaurant in the commercial center close to the hotel which is much convenient for the hotel guest.

Everybody of hotel employee is kind enough and trained well for good service provided but only one waiter in the restaurant (self service one) attached to the hotel is so poor correspondence to the order or request of the guests (in English) and the preceding guest as well as I got feeling unhappy. I do not like to eat there when she is serving but It is regrettable much that only one waiter is giving the guests unpleasant feeling.

Great location for exploring the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large ensuite bathroom. The gym was well-equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a modern and clean appearance throughout. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a shopping center nearby. we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Well done, especially over the Xmas break. I hope the staff working then receive recognition from management.

Would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Every thing is nice to stay at this hotel except internet connection.

WiFI Internet connection is not so strong and connection is interupted sometimes and also a bit heavy mail can not be received/sent out. More strong connection is expected for such a comfortable hotel of 4 stars.

Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Excellent cleanliness. Business-oriented design. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in/out. Good value for money. Plenty of free parking. Easy access from main roads.

Nothing to fault.

The room was well-appointed and spotless, included with a larger bed, hairdryer, as for instance. We had a savoury breakfast with bacon sausage and reasonably good spread, for instance, could find something for everyone. Location: the hotel was near the restaurant, Silesia and a large shopping complex.
